Label design of Mexican tequila “Dos Companeros”

Label design of Gold and Silver tequila under the brand name «Dos Companeros» was developed for the “Sodiko” company (Belgium), taking into account the distribution of the product to a Russian market. The TM name of the Mexican tequila «Dos Companeros», which translates as – two companions / partners / friends, at once causes an associative image of two friendly, colorful Mexicans. However, in our design, we decided to get away from an initial impression, and to focus on some accompanying attributes.

Thus, in our case, we decided to overperform the theme of “partnership” within the ruffian-like representation of Mexican cowboys, namely what they are associated with – guns. In addition to guns, as the main element, label is replete with ornaments, which are widely used in decoration of gun handles or any other weapons.
