Choko Love | Chocolate

Choko love is a local brand from Volgograd, created thanks to the enthusiasm of the family in 2020. This small chocolate workshop is located in a cozy historical part of the city, where you can be inspired by the special atmosphere every day. It is there that the creators create chocolate using the bean-to-bar technology: they buy cocoa beans, carefully roast, separate and grind the mass for a long time in melangeurs with stone millstones. The process is long (from 48 to 72 hours). Chocolate bars are distinguished by a delicate and persistent aftertaste, the variety of which is determined by the types of cocoa beans from different plantations.
