Dana Kitchen is a business located in Qatar that offers developed and varied popular cuisine.
Sadu and the palm tree were used to express the ancient traditional crafts practiced by Bedouin women in Qatar and the Gulf region. It provides the basic needs of the people of the desert, such as clothing, housing and furniture. The primary materials for Sadu are sourced from the local environment, such as camel hair, sheep wool or goat hair. Bedouin women, in turn, are able to transform those raw materials into textiles of beauty, precision and creativity.
Origin of the word
The word “Sadu” is a name coined by the people of the desert, it describes a specific style of weaving by horizontally extending wool yarn that is weaved on a loom
We aimed, through the design of the package, to solidify the “Dana Kitchen” brand in people’s minds by creating a design that reflects the modernized Sadu weaving culture and linking it to the brand’s values of generosity and excellence that are characteristic of the people of Qatar.
