Palm Bay International engaged CF Napa to develop the name and packaging for a new addition to their Cavit brand – an Italian Pinot Grigio lower in calories and alcohol than their main offering.

The name and packaging needed to evoke a light and breezy essence while keeping the Italian sensibility at the heart of the brand. CF Napa developed the name “Cloud 90” as a play on the idiom “On Cloud 9” and the wine’s 90 calories per glass. CF Napa recreated Cavit’s iconic villa drawing as a whimsical watercolor illustration, playing into the more easy-drinking nature of the enlightened wine while providing a reminder of the brand’s Italian roots.
