This cuvée comes from a 17-hectare vineyard dedicated to experimenting with agroecological practices that are unprecedented on this scale. We’ve designed a fun, educational label that highlights some of these experiments: agroforestry, eco-pasturing, plant cover, high pruning and resistant grape varieties. So many experiments to prepare the vineyard of tomorrow, which must be self-sufficient and adapt to climate change.
