Momosa is a unique blend of two words: “Momo” and “Sa.” What started as an expedition to the Northeast region turned into an eye-opening experience for a Rajasthani chef. Inspired by his journey, he set out to create a brand that sells dumplings with an authentic local flavor. In Rajasthan and Western India, people are fondly and respectfully addressed as “Sa,” which is reflected in the name. The packaging draws inspiration from traditional Rajasthani art and colors, making it both appealing and mouthwatering. At the heart of the design is the logo, which features the chef himself, with a turban shaped like a momo. The trapezoidal shape of the box sets it apart from the typical clam-shell boxes used by fast food brands. With a focus on hospitality and tradition, Momosa aims to leave a lasting impression—both in the mind and on the taste buds.
