Small and simple, yet noble and distinguished. Classic. LaClé is a personal bakery that creates beautiful and delicious traditional pastry dishes with great love and excellence. Artisan and organic, LaClé embodies the DNA of classic pastry-making, producing only fresh, natural, and premium products. We brought class, concept, and nobility to the brand project, exploring the parameters of LaClé’s profile and personality. The logo is a hand-drawn lettering design that conveys rhythm, movement, and meaning, expressing through its lines and finishes the essence of something made organically and by hand.

The name LaClé is a unique combination of the initials of the owner, Mrs. Cleide Ávila, and the French term laclé, meaning “key”—something fundamental, essential, and vital. Historically, France has had a significant influence on Brazil’s pastry culture, pioneering this culinary art, which was initially introduced to Brazil by French culture in the 1950s and 1960s. I hope and wish that LaClé establishes itself and bears much fruit.
