Mezame is a cosmetics brand inspired by the calm and clarity of early morning. That quiet, fleeting moment when the world is just waking up—still unhurried, still untouched. The brand’s concept revolves around capturing this gentle awakening and expressing it through a visual identity that feels both natural and intentional. Instead of relying on conventional beauty imagery, we chose a more symbolic path. The grasshopper—a subtle, often overlooked creature—became our emblem. Its quiet energy and harmony with nature embody the essence of Mezame: light, delicate, yet full of life.
SOLUTION
The brand’s visual language is built around a minimalist, geometric interpretation of a grasshopper. Sometimes it stands alone, other times it repeats as a soft pattern—creating rhythm, motion, and organic texture. It becomes a kind of visual breath, echoing the cycles of nature. We worked with a natural color palette—muted greens, soft whites, and translucent olive glass—to emphasize purity and freshness. Typography is understated and spaced out, allowing the design to breathe. Every design decision, from the label composition to the packaging material, aims to evoke stillness, light, and tactility. The product packaging features clean jars with white caps and minimal labeling. The grasshopper motif evolves across each application, from standalone icons to layered graphics, lending the system flexibility without losing coherence.

Mezame doesn’t try to outshine—it invites a pause. The brand identity doesn’t speak loudly, but instead with quiet confidence. It communicates through air, space, and simplicity. It works seamlessly across packaging, retail displays, and storefronts, always remaining consistent in tone and intention.
