Caelum is a family project founded in 2009. After more than ten years of dedicated work on the farm and producing high-quality grapes, they decided to complete the vine’s lifecycle by making their wines. With passion, they strive for the highest quality every day, respecting the environment and maintaining a family structure to ensure the care of each bottle.

After having supported the winery from the beginning in the development of its visual identity and the design of its wine lines, we were asked to create the label for its ICONO wine. Knowing the history of the project firsthand, we proposed that this product pay tribute to Mercedes, the soul and founder of Caelum.

We tell you the story and the concept behind the label.

“Under a sky covered with stars, a woman arrives in Mendoza with a dream and the determination to make it a reality. A small house serves as her refuge for the first few years. There are no certainties other than the earth beneath her feet and the sky above her. On those silent nights, with the Caelum constellation shining above her, she imagines the future she wants to build.

Over time, the vineyard grows, and along with it, the pistachios she planted herself. The estate finds its own rhythm, where the vines and trees share the soil in a natural balance. Life is ordered like the cosmos: each element in its place, in perfect harmony. Her sign, Libra, manifests itself in every decision, in every harvest, in the constant search for balance between nature and human intervention.”

Today, that journey takes shape in this iconic wine, the culmination of years of dedication. The label is her story, a star map that unites the past with the present, with the constellation that always accompanied her as a witness to her journey. It’s more than a wine: it’s a reflection of the balance he found in the land, in the vineyard, and in his own life.
