Ensiana (gentian liqueur) label

Cesare Gori

Verona VR, Italia

Ensiana is a lutea gentian artisanal liqueur proudly made in Lessinia (a mountainous region close to Verona, Italy).
Ensiana is made by the wise hands of Andrea and his father Maurizio who took an ancient Abruzzo recipe using local ingredients such as Custoza white wine instead of Pecorino wine.

According to a old legend gentian was used in the 16th century as an antidote for the plague, so the label, is a tribute in a fashionable and hipster way.
