The black label packaging design project for the Passito Red Wine “Tintilia” is named in Latin “Dulce Calicis” (Sweet Cup).
The label takes inspiration from the astronomical event of the C/2020 F3 Neowise comet in 2020, which we wanted to represent in this project.
What struck the customer was the naked-eye visibility due to the unique high hill position of the company and the exceptionally clear and dry air present on those days.
We used a cotton paper for the label, glossy embossed finishes, and metal foil with blind embossing.
