Soho´s Fino Spritz

SOHO’S FINO SPRITZ is a very refreshing and slightly sparkling Spritz. Based on “Fino” (Sherry) wine, naturally flavored with lemon, mint and bergamot.

It is inspired by the original “Sherry Cobbler” by Martha King Niblo, the first woman to achieve worldwide fame as a bartender in the 1830s, who popularized this spritz from the bar at Niblo’s Garden Teather on Broadway, in the heart of New York’s SoHo.

Its aesthetics take us to the beginning of the 20th century, a time of great splendor for this drink.
