I have developed a highly complex and sophisticated packaging project, designed to contain and present various types of pasta in an innovative way. This project includes a secondary packaging that resembles the shape of a Greek cross, inside which other rectangular packages of different sizes are nested. The basic idea is that a single main packaging can contain three or more smaller packages, each with a different shape, height and length, creating an unconventional but extremely elegant structure.

The design is studied to offer a unique solution: each small rectangular package contains a different type of pasta, which explains the different sizes. The opening is designed so that, when in use, the pasta is dispensed in a controlled manner, avoiding any mess. Furthermore, with small modifications, this system can easily be adapted to contain other types of products, not only food.

The basic concept is that even a seemingly unusual and complex shape such as a Greek cross can be incredibly versatile and functional. Not only does it allow the organization and containment of a variety of products with different shapes and sizes, but it also offers a refined and elegant user experience. This project demonstrates how a well-conceived design can combine aesthetics, practicality and innovation, elevating packaging to the next level.
