The Challenge:
Crafting a bold and standout identity for a better-for-you carbonated beverage that delivers on taste, health, and mass appeal. The brand needed to break away from the typical high-sugar sodas and artificial diet drinks while positioning itself as a premium yet accessible alternative. With an offline-first launch, the packaging had to command attention on retail shelves, clearly communicate low sugar, natural ingredients, and no artificial additives, and resonate with health-conscious yet taste-driven consumers—all while ensuring a design language that felt fresh, modern, and desirable.
The Solution:
We developed a bold, energetic brand identity that redefines refreshment with a playful yet premium appeal. The bright, vibrant packaging ensures strong shelf presence, communicating low sugar, clean ingredients, and a guilt-free experience at first glance. The typography and illustrations reinforce a fresh, adventurous, and health-forward personality, making SWAP stand out in a category often dominated by either overly clinical or excessively artificial designs. Every design choice—from the dynamic bubble-like logo to the vibrant color palette—aligns with the brand’s mission: swap the sugar, not the taste.
