Ha Thao Coffee offers a variety of coffee drinks and provides coffee beans for customers to brew at home. The coffee shop promotes a green lifestyle by using paper for their packaging.

In addition to paper cups for drinks, Ha Thao Coffee uses paper bags for their coffee beans. Espresso is stored in zipper paper bags, while house roast beans are kept in paper bags with clips. The shop also offers gift boxes for the coffee bean bags and takeaway cups for customer convenience.

The packaging design is minimalist, featuring quotes where icons replace certain letters. The icon cleverly derives from the word “Thao,” which means “grass” in the Sino-Vietnamese dictionary, stylized to resemble sprouts. This design element replaces letters like “t” and “y” in the quotes. For example, the espresso packaging includes the quote “Each of us is a tree” (Vietnamese quote: Mỗi chúng ta là một cái cây), while other designs showcase messages such as “Love coffee” and “Watering the good things to the tree”(Vietnamese quote: Tưới cho cây những điều tốt đẹp). These designs are stickers applied to the outside of the bags.
