3al7atab (means “on wood” in Arabic) It iss the first-of-its-kind venue in Egypt that serves artisan pizza, comfort food and smoked meat.

The pizza is cooked in less than 90 Seconds, in a Wood Brick Oven at 500°C.

What’s Unique?
The challenge was to differentiate the brand from the crowded mainstream competitors in the market. The name written in (Franco-Arab) was also another challenge. The rustic and timeless style with the axe cutting the pizza, reflects the meaning of the brand name helped the positioning of this brand as a gourmet artisanal pizza despite all these challenges.
