There are many iconic wines in the modern history of Moldovan winemaking. These include world famous blends with which Moldova is associated all over the globe. Half-forgotten varieties that have experienced a rebirth. Record-breaking medalists, surprising everyone at international competitions. And simply good quality wines. But if the merits of this or that wine can still be argued, in case of Manifest there’s little place for debate.

After all, this is the first blend created by three independent Moldovan winemakers at once! Ion Luca (Casa Vinicola Luca), Ilie Gogu (Gogu Winery) and Dan Prisăcaru (Minis Terrios) have nurtured the idea of a creative collaboration for a long time, and after several years they’ve finally got together and blended three different wines from three different wine regions of Moldova. And we are very pleased that our studio was honored to create a label for this iconic wine!

From a visual standpoint, Manifest features a minimalistic approach. However, as with small winemakers and manual labor, the apparent simplicity hides in itself a lot of detail and meticulous work. In this case, the label design is based on two main visual elements.

The first is the calligraphic inscription Manifest, made in an emphasized expressive manner, which conveys the explosive character and emotional charge of this blend. The second one is the names of winemakers who signed the first collaboration in the history of Moldovan winemaking between three independent producers. Combined with a large Magnum bottle, the design invokes a feeling of an iconic product that, like a true manifesto, should be present in the collection of every true wine lover.
