Voeikovo wood syrups

Irina Ugay

Voyekovskie syrups are natural wood syrups. The first mention of maple syrup was in the XVIII century. The village of Voeikovo (Leningrad region, Russia) occupies a leading position in the production of birch syrup in the world and maple syrup in the European continent

The design is based on the metaphor of the plasticity of syrup when poured, and was realized by scanning real leaves and tree bark.
