Juliette is the world’s only ultra-premium artisanal peach liqueur. Crafted by Jean-François Bardou a renowned producer of specialty fruit liqueurs, this Heirloom Peach expression captures the essence of perfectly ripe, fragrant heirloom peaches. The peaches are hand-selected and macerated to extract the full depth of their complex, nuanced flavor. Juliette’s exceptional purity and complexity lie in the knowledge and artistry involved in its production.
The client’s brief was to be French, timeless and luxurious. Named after the French word “Juillet’ for the summer month when the delicate heirloom peaches are hand-selected, Juliette’s design had to capture that moment in time. The Art Deco inspired design is meant to transport you to the elegant French countryside or a Parisian Brasserie where you are sipping a Juliette et Champagne cocktail.
The label shape echoes signage you would find on a Parisian street. The spherical stopper entices you to smell the liqueur similar to a perfume bottle. The client’s bold choice of launching a 1L bottle versus the standard 750ml allows the bottle to stand tall and glisten on back bars. These were all deliberate decisions to build a memorable brand.
Once the packaging was designed, a menu-style cocktail book adorned with brass rivets and gilded edges truly meant no detail was too small for Juliette. Building the brand from a cocktail book to website to the point of sale, all the elements were baked into the packaging that allowed for a more coherent brand system.
