In the new era we live in, the competition for sales, branding and more effective communication with the audience has reached its peak. One of the most effective factors of a brand’s superiority over other competitors can be packaging that looks attractive to the audience and properly displays the product’s capabilities, and ultimately leads to more sales.
The packaging design of “GumJoy” sugar-free gum is focused on attracting the target audience, Generation Z. The following is an analysis of this design from the perspective of product design:
Use of an attractive fantasy character: The use of a cute and fantasy character with a smile conveys the feeling of pleasure after consuming the gum to the audience and is attractive to Generation Z.
Minimalist and white design: The minimalist and white design space increases the focus on the character and the taste of the product and creates a feeling of cleanliness and freshness.
Diverse color scheme based on taste: The use of different colors for each taste makes it easier for the audience to identify the product and increases visual appeal.
Product door the same color as the taste: The product door, which is completely the color of each product, along with a white circle and the character in the center, contributes to the beauty and distinction of the product.
Soft and fantasy writing: The type of writing chosen with a soft and fantasy state is consistent with the overall design and conveys a pleasant feeling to the audience.
