Remuage

REMUAGE is a traditional method sparkling wine from Moropoulos Winery in Mantinia, crafted from the aromatic Moschofilero grape of Greece.

Remuage draws its name from the artisanal heart of traditional sparkling winemaking. This labor-intensive, hand-turned process gradually collects the spent yeast sediment (lees) into the bottle’s neck for eventual disgorgement, clarifying the wine while preserving its finesse and bubbles.

The design captures this elegant movement in a minimalist way.

The typography flows dynamically across the label, visually echoing the slow, deliberate rotation of each bottle as it journeys from horizontal to neck-down position. What begins as grounded text subtly migrates toward the neck, symbolizing the human craft, the patience, the slow process behind every bottle.

In a single, fluid gesture, the design transforms the bottle itself into a narrative.
