The Smartfish package was designed by Designo Design, a design studio based in Brazil.

The major’s challenge of this project was to reduce printing costs, for that, we introduced into the company production lines a new separation system that allows identifying the 3 different fish types by using labels on the package bottom. Another challenge and no less important was to create an identity that reflects our creative process into the company. Our inspiration were the elements related to the fishing that was converted into ours illustrations, colors and typography.

The studio aimed to keep clean lines and simple aspects of the package design.

What’s Unique?
With the development finished, we were able to reduce more than 50% of the production costs and improve the capacity to separate the fish types.
