Lemmy was tasked with creating a brand identity and packaging design for Australian made, natural skincare with products that are clean, simple and potent. Better for the environment, pure and effective this newcomer to the beauty space required a look that is simple yet memorable. Something that both fits in in this typically minimal looking category while pulling it away from its competition.
Our solution was a design that combined flat colours representing the juicy ingredients with minimal typography and simple yet playful icons.
The balance between pack purity and flat colours helped us to simply communicate the brand message ‘Glowing skin powered by nature’ and make the brand easily recognisable.
Since part of the brand’s ethos is to ‘better for the environment’ All the packs were carefully chosen based on how sustainable they are. Whenever possible we use paper followed by glass and only when no better option was possible did we use plastic.
