When Stepan’s son Ivan joins the business in 1847, Stepan therefore decides to name his company Abrikosov & Sons Ltd. Chocolate, tea, coffee, candied fruit, marzipan, sweets and biscuits are gradually added to the product range and, by the end of the 19th century, Abrikosov & Sons are selling over 700 different products in department stores and tea rooms all across the Russian Empire. Business continues to boom under Stepan’s grandson Alexei and his great-grandsons Nikolai and Ivan.
