Monterey Gin

Library brought the relaxed, nostalgic holiday atmosphere of the Cornish Riviera to the Helford River Distillery’s award-winning, exclusive, small-batch Gin.

Nudging the Gin market in a new direction, our design takes cues from the classic Mediterranean aperitif world, evoking the same laid-back, travel and luxury of the Cornish coast with a subtle nod to the decadent art deco era, where the Gin cocktail originated.

We used a canvas of raw materials to communicate a new sense of quality through consideration. From the 100% recycled glass bottle to the natural cork and gold metallic watch strap closure, the bottle tells a story of river-combing and sustainability.

The brand world brings the story to life, pairing serene, natural scenes of the Helford River, with bright, vintage travel poster-inspired botanical illustrations.
