Vadilal Ice Creams

With summer knocking on the door, its back to ice cream season. Summer is a season of light colours and cheerfulness, which reflects immensely on ice cream packaging. Vadilal is one of the oldest ice cream manufacturers in India, starting all the way back in the 1930s. Their legacy carries on till date through their loyal customers hoping to relish the summer refreshment.

I took the liberty of coming up with a concept packaging for Vadilal’s Dolly series of Ice creams. Working on two flavours, Mango and Kaccha Aam, these form the very essence of summer fruits in India. The colours are chosen to give proper representation to the flavours and to the season of summer. An attractive set of colours is bound to catch your eye first thing when browsing through a refrigerator looking for the perfect refreshment!
