Neutrale Laundry Detergent is a hypoallergenic product free from fragrances, dyes, chlorine, and phosphates. The brand, owned by Swiss Pharm Cosmetics, caters to consumers in Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan with two product lines: the standard laundry detergent and Neutrale Baby, a special formula for children and sensitive skin.
CONCEPT
The packaging design focuses on communicating purity, safety, and eco-friendliness. The main objective was to create a clean, trustworthy look, reflecting the hypoallergenic nature of the product and its suitability for sensitive skin and the environment.
SOLUTION
For the standard Neutrale detergent, a soft blue color was chosen to emphasize the neutral and gentle characteristics of the product, accompanied by clear typography and minimal graphics to communicate the 0% additives formula. The baby detergent uses a soft pink background and playful illustrations like a bunny to appeal to parents, while emphasizing safety and care for children.
TECHNIQUE
The design approach involved the use of clean, bold typography and color coding to differentiate the two product lines while maintaining a cohesive brand identity. The illustrations were crafted to reinforce the product’s hypoallergenic and eco-friendly properties, ensuring a visually appealing yet informative package.
UNIQUE FEATURES
The packaging stands out due to its minimalistic yet expressive design, using soft colors and clear icons to communicate the product’s core values—purity, safety, and gentleness. The Neutrale Baby line, in particular, appeals to parents with its tender and playful illustrations.
RESULTS
The launch of the Neutrale packaging in Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan was a success, receiving positive feedback for its design clarity and strong communication of product safety and environmental friendliness.
