My work with SQSHY focuses on developing packaging and concepts for a unique brand of gelatin powder that offers innovative and differentiated flavors. SQSHY combines the words squash (referring to the squash family) and gelly (gelatin), highlighting the product’s primary ingredients. Our gelatin powders feature flavors like pumpkin, zucchini, butternut, and red kuri, bringing a healthy and surprising twist to the dessert category.
LOGOTYPE
For the brand logo, I selected a rounded and modern typeface that reflects the product’s light, fun, and approachable identity. A special touch is the letter “Q,” which has been transformed into a pumpkin, visually connecting the brand directly to its core ingredients.
PACKAGING
The product is packaged in small, convenient bags containing gelatin powder, making it easy for consumers to prepare their own healthy desserts at home. The minimalist packaging design highlights the natural ingredients and simplicity of the product. To help customers easily differentiate between the four unique flavors, the color of the design changes for each variety. This approach adds a vibrant, eye-catching element while maintaining the clean and modern aesthetic.
An important reason behind this choice was the growing demand for healthier food options. More people today are looking for desserts that align with their conscious eating habits, and parents, in particular, want to give their children treats that are both enjoyable and nutritious. SQSHY fits perfectly into this space, offering a fun, guilt-free option for both adults and kids.
