We are proud to introduce the new branding for the “Dinar” brandy, designed for Dinar Etno House.
Dinar is, of course, the name of the Serbian currency. I believe it’s one of the oldest currencies in the world that are still in use today, dating back to medieval times. For this label, we have incorporated motifs from the first modern Serbian banknote from 1876, along with the design of a coin to indicate the age of the brandy.
We are particularly proud that the entire design was created using only Serbian Cyrillic. This was a challenging task, considering the limited availability of fonts that support our alphabet.
Here you can see the quince brandy label, but we worked on the range of 4 products: quince, plum, pear and apricot. Labels are distinguished by colour, using the current dinar colours: green (pear), purple (plum), yellowish (quince) and red (apricot).
This brandy, produced by Perun Distillery, features a delightful addition of gold leaf in every bottle, making it a visually captivating product.
