Seai Yai: Packaging and Branding Design Project

Transforming a Fresh Meat Shop into a Strong, Standout Brand!
Into: Seai Yai Moo Sod started as a fresh meat retailer and quickly expanded, thanks to its unique advantage—owning its own pig farms. This allows complete quality control from farm to table. Now, the brand is expanding beyond fresh meat to include seasoned and processed products, with over 10 branches and a growing presence in central Bangkok.

Challenge: Fast business growth, but a weak brand presence! We needed to establish a clear identity for Seai Yai through packaging that is bold, memorable, and true to the brand’s essence. A well-defined product categorization system was also essential to support limitless expansion.

Brand Strategy: We chose the name Seai Yai to move beyond the limitations of “Moo Sod” (Fresh Pork), opening doors to a broader market. The brand identity is brought to life through a Modern Chinese Style design—rooted in tradition yet appealing to a younger audience.

Distinctive Packaging Design:
We crafted a packaging concept that is modern, eye-catching, and different from the competition. It breaks away from conventional designs, making the products instantly recognizable while emphasizing easy-to-enjoy deliciousness.

A great brand isn’t just a name—it’s a powerful, clear identity!
