“EHE 100% liha” is a new range of cooked sausage products. Translation from Estonian is “Echt (honest/true) 100% meat”. The product is made by company called Rannarootsi, in answer to an ongoing discussion in Estonian media about the amount of meat in cooked sausages/wieners/frankfurters, and that the percentage is usually quite low (around 10-50%). EHE products contain 100% meat, in the sense that the same weight of meat is used to make sausages of the same weight.
