The situation
The company “Mistral Trading” for more than 20 years, produces and distributes high-quality products of the milling industry. In the Russian market represents 20 brands from 31 countries in Europe, Asia, America, Africa and Oceania. The Company’s products are sold in 25,000 outlets in 86 cities of Russia.

As a result of the audit conducted by the brand, the company “Mistral Trading” has decided to organize its product matrix and improve the design of packaging for six product lines of its flagship brand “Mistral”:

Solution
For the differentiation of a large number of different product lines, and at the same time enhance the overall brand awareness while maintaining the same logo used an efficient solution – the introduction of a corporate member. They became the tape, which add up to certain letters, distinguishing between the types of products:
B – beans – legumes
G – grains – grains
S – sugar – sugar
R – rice – Figure
C – cereals – flakes

Most of the packages “basic” range of richly illustrated and became the bearer of more verbal communication, which tells about the specifics of the product during its collection and processing.
In addition, the project DDVB developed design for the “premium” line “Gourmet” standing “alone” in assortment matrix of the Company.

Each package in this series through the efforts of the creative team was a real work of art, decorated in a unique graphic style and tells its own beautiful “history of taste”, emphasizing the “expert” and “cosmopolitan” brand “Mistral”.
