More than 20 botanicals from around the world are selected, ground and mixed, to be macerated in alcohol. Through a process of maceration and infusion, the compounds of the herbs that give the fernet aroma, flavor and body are extracted. Then, these extractions are mixed and left to rest in a tank until they reach the ideal maturation before being bottled. Intense aroma, markedly spicy and herbaceous. Notes of myrrh, gentian, rhubarb, licorice, clove and cinnamon. A spicy and balsamic flavor. Notes of clove, cinnamon and licorice. Gourmand entry, which gives way to the characteristic bitterness, which gives it length in the mouth, with a fresh finish.
