Modern World Studio was approached by Northwest distillery to develop a new brand for a line of tonics and cocktail drinks.

We were faced with the task of distinguishing the brand from competitors not only in the local market but also in the larger markets of Europe. The choice of the design concept was dictated by the trademark that we developed for a series of alcoholic beverages of the “THORN” brand. We chose to primarly focus our attention on the logo block – it is right in your face, demanding attention. In the process of creating the rest of the label, instead of abstract pictures, we decided to illustrate the main compenents of the taste of the cocktail in a photographic style, complemented by a splash. The background colors are bright and saturated while the design overall stands out.
