Heure Rose

Heure Rose is a gin that captures the magic of time flowing, crafted from Syrah grapes, Artemisia Absinthium, and pink pepper. Inspired by the legendary “green hour” of absinthe, this gin reimagines the aperitif in a poetic and bohemian way. The fluorescent label glows as night falls, unveiling an enchanting play of light and shadow: a ritual where every sip tells the allure of dusk.

The concept stems from the presence of Syrah grapes, inspiring the pink hue, and Artemisia Absinthium, a key ingredient in absinthe. To evoke the green of absinthe, a fluorescent Ink was added, revealing itself in the dark. Absinthe was traditionally enjoyed during the famous “green hour,” which inspired the name L’Heure Rose and the 24-hour sundial depicted on the label, symbolizing the perfect moment to savor this gin.
