A large regional producer of turkey semi-finished products plans to enter the market with a new brand. The company carries out a full production cycle: from raising the birds to packaging and delivering the products to stores.
Turkey meat has many undeniable advantages, but one of the key and important aspects that the brand highlights against its competitors is freshness. The turkeys are raised and sold only within the Stavropol region, without using freezing. Therefore, the products of “Bolshaya Ptitsa” always remain fresh.
Objective
To create a brand and establish awareness of it as the leading producer of fresh turkey meat products in the Stavropol region, with the potential for scaling to other regions
of the country.
Tasks
Develop a communication strategy that positions the brand’s products as a symbol of freshness and the benefits of natural turkey meat from a local producer.
Create packaging design for the product line that reflects the key advantages of the product, allows it to stand out against competitors, and looks modern, taking into account the technological features of production.
