Weirdo is a snack brand that doesn’t just flirt with flavour—it dives into it headfirst. Here, “cool” isn’t a finish line, it’s the starting point. Everything is turned up a notch: the attitude, the visuals, the personalities. These snacks are made for people who have no intention of blending into the background.

Each flavour becomes a character in its own right, with its own mood, style and visual language. Think of them as a cast of young, slightly outrageous personalities: bold, a little messy, unapologetically themselves. Their aesthetics speak directly to Gen Z, a generation that doesn’t just break stylistic rules, but rewrites them with irony, humour and a lot of confidence.

The design process starts in 2D, with characters sketched like fashion illustrations for a runaway subculture. From there, they are brought into 3D and “inflated” into soft, padded figures with a vinyl-like finish. This cushioned, toy-like quality gives them an almost collectible feel—half snack, half object of desire. Under imaginary camera flashes, each one strikes a pose on its own catwalk, as if the supermarket aisle had turned into a runway.

Color is key to navigating this universe. The palette is loud and saturated, making it easy to recognise each flavour at a glance while reinforcing the energetic, slightly cheeky tone. Warm accents keep everything feeling inviting rather than aggressive, balancing attitude with approachability.

The storytelling doesn’t stop at the surface. Open the bag and the experience continues: the interior keeps the quirky, slightly decadent mood, with metallic gold touches that add a hint of playful glam. It’s a reminder that this brand isn’t just about what you eat, but about how it feels to interact with it—inside and out.
