Shine and bloom in your own skin. Starrytale was born in Hong Kong, when its founder saw the need to create a product that not only helped her problems with acne and allergies, but that is also made ethically. Starrytale is the daughter brand of Little Stardust who has just opened their flagship store in K11 MUSEA Hong Kong.

The concept of the brand is based on inner beauty, back to basic. Starrytale believes in that which is natural, a brand that speaks to you directly and knows the most common skin problems in real people. Embracing our inner beauty is the best way of reaching outer beauty.

To achieve this balance between natural products, trustworthy science and modern aesthetics, the packaging sports a variety of dreamy, ethereal patterns juxtaposed with sans-serif, clean typographies and block colours that together create an interesting contrast.

This user experience is something that I deem key in my work on packaging; the goal being that after a client has used the product inside, they should want to keep the packaging as a stand-alone item.

What’s Unique?
What makes Starrytale unique is the juxtaposition of different colours, pattern and printing techniques that achieve a magic and mystic branding all while keeping an elegant and timeless feel to the packaging.
