The culture of beer consumption around the world is a combination of traditions, customs, and preferences associated with the consumption of this beverage. It can vary from country to country and even from region to region, reflecting the historical, cultural, and social characteristics of the local population. In different cultures, it may be linked to various rituals, holidays, and social events, making it an important part of the cultural heritage of different nations.

The same can be observed in the realm of music for every nation, age group, and culture. Different music serves as a source of emotional expression for some, a way to convey feelings and mood. Music can also serve as a means of relaxation and an escape from stress. It brings people together at concerts and events and can be a form of self-expression and creativity.

At the same time, the vast majority of beer brands available on the market are very traditional and even conservative, lacking a unique idea.

The goal was to develop a brand name and packaging design for a new, unique beer for music lovers.

In creating a new brand of musical beer, it was decided to highlight six music genres, each of which evokes different emotions in people (from sadness to unbridled joy). Just like music, beer comes in different varieties, tastes, and aftertastes, which are well-suited for different events. The genre of music was selected to match the type of beer so that they would evoke similar emotions and complement each other.

As a result, we have:

  • Stout
  • MetalPale Ale
  • RockIPA
  • BluesPilsner
  • CountryPorter
  • JazzLager
  • Pop

Having settled on the idea, the task was to represent it visually. In each genre, the most iconic song of all time, known to everyone, was selected. This very song was incorporated into the beer label, with a slight beer-related twist. As a result, we can observe Queen with the hit “Show Must Go On” or “Fly Me to the Moon” by Frank Sinatra. The imagery also includes the key item or element from the song.

However, the greatest value of this “beer” lies in creating an emotional experience in different life situations with a beloved performer, which will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression in the hearts of audiophiles.
