ARAO is a short and common way to pronounce ‘arado’ which means ‘plough’. This makes reference to the preparation of the soil before the cultivation of the vineyards. We translated the effort of the this labor of the soil with handmade textures.

What’s Unique?
We worked previously with CLOS DE LUZ Vineyards (AZUDA and RAÍCES 1945) , and we always had an expressive approach with ink stains and expressive calligraphy. In yhis opportunity we generated “plough-looking” textures with a cord and walnut ink. We combined these textures with copper foil stamping and embossed details.
