Gelbi is an innovative ice cream without milk or vegetable substitutes like soy milk, almond milk, rice milk. Thanks to research conducted in collaboration with the University of Calabria’s Rheology laboratory, the Gelbi company is able to produce a water-based ice cream that uses few noble vegetable fats, such as extra virgin olive oil, as binders. The result is surprising, an ice cream without milk or gluten that tastes like classical ice cream. And that melts very slowly.
After an in-depth study of the target, Studio La Regina chose the most suitable packaging for the distribution of the two formats in production. The 320g pack is designed for specialty stores, while the 100g pack is for bars. Studio La Regina has therefore created labels and seals for both formats by entering information on the uniqueness of the product in the foreground of the packages.
The chosen graphic is estival, very cheerful and colorful. To the very “graphical” design is associated an illustration in a more classical style to emphasize that this ice cream, although so innovative, is produced using excellent raw materials.
