The Shoney is a premium handcrafted dry gin, from the lands of Inverness. The task was to make a logo, corporate identity, and packaging for it.

The design concept of the branding is aimed to be simple, youthful and fresh. The name is considered to be Shoney in the Celtic mythology as the goddess of the North Sea and the fairy of the sea. The logo forms a juniper sprig, seawave, and hills as well. The contour map of Inverness complements the logo, as a pattern.

What’s Unique?
I designed a gift box, which makes the unpacking more exciting, and even could be a decoration on the shelf. I used typography to catch the eyes because gins are often using illustrative design. The label is printed on both sides, the bottle and the gin inside distort excitingly the inner side. As the brand says: «Indulge in it.»
