Heni Herbáriuma specializes in delicate yet vivid flower arrangements, bouquets and ceramic reliefs made with plant prints. Their motto, “Just naturally”, embodies their respect for nature, their love of Hungarian folk art and the harmony found in the abundance of wild flowers.
My goal was to create a colorful, cohesive and modern visual identity that draws on traditional folk patterns, thus representing the values of the brand. The logo is a modernized version of a folk pattern, while the typography represents the grace and playfulness of meadow flowers. The dark green and minimalistic packaging was designed to enhance the premium quality and elegance of the product, while the double-walled construction ensures proper safety. The wrapping paper also features some of the flowers the brand holds dear, and the ones that also appear on the business cards with some alteration.
Besides the main product, customers will also find a small glass vial containing dried flower petals and seeds in the box. A label hanging on the side of the vial indicates the type of the flower, describes its characteristics, and provides information regarding the planting. This small gift is a treat for customers and hopefully brings them one step closer to one of the brand’s key objectives: to promote the flowers native in the region. Additionally, a leaflet was designed using the main colors of the brand and the outline of the illustrations.
