‘KonyhaKert’ that translates as ‘Kitchen Garden’ is an herb seed brand selling organic seeds from reliable sources. The purpose of the product is to inspire and encourage people living in urban jungles to make their surroundings greener and produce herbs that they can then use for cooking.
The concept was to create the brand identity and packaging design for a starter gardening kit that promotes sustainability and recycling is environment-friendly and would also function as a decorative pot for seed raising. Therefore the hexagon-based geometric shape serves as the outer cardboard packaging which contains two types of seeds (basil and rosemary), a fully biodegradable seed raising pot which also reflects the geometric design.
What’s Unique?
The cardboard was made of 100% recycled paper, the green band covering and holding the two boxes together can be further used to mark the planted seeds.
