The decorated glass packaging for the new products of the company F&I Beverages AG aims to highlight the uncompromising quality of the premium Vodka and Gin produced in Switzerland.
The customer chose the conical bottles reminding antic Amphora. This tapered shape is always a challenge for decoration. Therefore, the success in work on this project would not be possible without knowledge and experience which has been gained by the staff of DANCO DECOR in decoration of glass packaging during fifteen years.
The technological chain includes partial gradient coating (painting), screen-printing and hot-stamping with foil on the conical body of a bottle. It must be said that initially we’d had doubts regarding industrial implementation of some designer’s ideas. Moreover, providing European manufacturers of the equipment were not sure that the decoration of this kind was possible for industrial application. Therefore, some know-how solutions were introduced by the staff of DANCO DECOR as a result of numerous testing preceding works on the first batch of FLY bottles. So, we can say that the decoration of the FLY bottles not only looks beautiful, it is also technically innovative!
