The Task
The team was tasked to redesign the packaging of one of the Bravo brand series – Slanina Nalozhena.
The complexity of this project lies in the seasonality of the product. The main tasks before the designers were not two. On one hand, to create a sense of the time in which a product is purchased and concretized. And on the other – to emphasize that bacon is a quality product, each type with its own seasoning.
The Solution
How did we approach it? We combined graphic drawing with photography. We presented the product in an expanded form. We focused on the brand area – it is clear, contains the necessary information, and has color codes that correspond to the type of bacon. We completed the uniqueness of the look by choosing a proprietary spelling of the word “Bacon” and deliberately scaling the logo.
After the redesign, the packaging says much more about the product’s qualities and is much more recognizable than the old one. This is also evident in the “before and after” comparison.
