Cookwell has been part of Indian kitchens since 1995, building nearly thirty years of trust through kettles, hand mixers, air fryers, slow juicers and non-stick cookware designed for everyday use.
Confetti was brought in to modernise the brand for a younger audience setting up homes for the first time, while retaining the familiarity existing customers already associated with Cookwell. The objective was not to completely reinvent the brand, but to evolve it carefully without losing the warmth and recognition it had built over decades.
The logo was refined rather than replaced, preserving its connection to the original identity while giving it a cleaner and more contemporary presence. The wider visual system was built around the feeling of a warm, lived-in kitchen, using inviting typography, natural tones and a domestic visual language instead of the cold, technical style commonly used by appliance brands.
The packaging system was created across Cookwell’s product range using corrugated boxes and product-specific line art. Each pack was designed to communicate the role of the appliance in everyday life while remaining part of one coherent visual family. A kettle, air fryer or hand mixer could retain its own product story without losing the larger Cookwell identity.
The brand system was also extended into A+ creatives for Amazon and other online retail platforms. A rich copper gradient became the defining premium element, supported by warm gold and bronze tones. Product benefits were integrated into lifestyle-led layouts using a mix of detailed product imagery and wider domestic settings.
To maintain consistency beyond the initial launch, Confetti also developed a photography guide built around broad natural light, wood textures, copper surfaces and warm interiors. The aim was to create a visual world that felt elevated but still familiar and genuinely connected to Indian homes.
The result is a complete brand and packaging system that allows Cookwell to speak to a new generation of buyers without losing the trust of the households that have relied on it since 1995.
