Redesign of the Norwegian unleavened bread Flatbrød (flat-bread). We were supposed to redesign a Norwegian product for the french market. Flat-bread is usually eaten together with other traditional Norwegian dishes, and is just a flat bread that doesn’t really taste much. To make it interesting for the french market (as they have quite enough quality bread already), we rebranded it as a healthy snack that comes together with three different dips. We focused on creating a traditional yet modern look, marketing the product for the french market as a healthy Norwegian delicacy.
