Monster Energy is a an energy drink that is widely used and loved by all. Although it contains caffeine which does not make it a suitable drink for children and teens.

Monster-licious is a concept designed for Monster Energy specifically for children and teens, who can enjoy this range of non-alcoholic and caffeine free drinks, available in various flavours. Since the target group is children and teens, the packaging was designed keeping them mind. The primary packaging comprises of aluminium cans for children as well as glass bottles for older teens that resemble beer bottles. The idea was to create a unique beverage experience that the below 18 age group crave for. In order to create a wholesome experience, the outer box was also designed and made to look like a beer crate box. The range comprises of 8 fruit flavours that consumers can choose from. Each fruit flavour is depicted using cute and colorful monsters that are somewhat similar to the shape of that particular fruit. The entire monster family has been given prominent features and bright colors to attract the respective target group. The glass bottle caps have the flavour monster embossed on it which can also be used as a collectible post consumption.

What’s Unique?
What makes this packaging unique are its attractive colors and the monster characters that depict various fruits and flavours based on their shape and colors. The packaging also comes with coasters that can be used to keep the cans or bottles when cold. The coasters also have the respective monster illustrations printed on them. The aluminium cans and the glass bottles make it a sustainable packaging solution, the outer box is also made from recycled paper.
