JIANLIANG buckwheat liquor is an original and personalized product created by Jianli Liangjiu. It is also China’s first “buckwheat flavor” liquor product to obtain a national patent. It uses tartary buckwheat as the main ingredient and is brewed using the ancient Chu folk secret technique “lotus leaf mat pond and rice wine leaching fermentation method”.

This process was discovered and improved by Jianli Grain and Wine Company and obtained a national invention patent. This product also makes this product the only liquor product in China that uses lotus leaves to assist fermentation. The use of lotus leaves in fermentation makes the wine taste noble and fragrant.
